It's been quite a week over here, but with Halloween being over I thought I'd turn over a new leaf and that starts with ditching sugar. I started hearing about "no sugar November" on social media and I thought to myself, "self, you need to rid your body of sugar." I'm imagining this to go how my non dairy days went when Luke was a newborn....
horrible.
So, for the month of November I'll be eating vegetables basically and maybe a little protein for good measure (I kid, I kid). Willpower is a super strong thing. I saw this hilarious poster the other day that basically said willpower makes you get up in the morning, it prevents you from punching people you hate, and it also makes you stop from eating all the delicious sugary foods you want 24/7. Does this speak to anyone else like it does to me!?
And while I'm ditching sugar for the month I thought, why not hit the gym 4-5 days a week instead of my usual 3 (
I'm on a roll people). Following this train of thought, I figured I would post some Friday Favorite options that get you motivated to life your best (cutest) life!
